Taylor's Story

Taylor initially joined the program with a focus on mastering nutrition, learning how to fuel her body adequately and forming sustainable habits. She was not driven by aesthetics, rather she wanted to build long-term habits and routines. After a few months of prioritising long-term habits and nutritional education, she decided to move into a fat loss phase. Transitioning into this phase was seamless, thanks to the foundation of habits and routines she had built. Our strategy emphasised a balanced deficit to achieve outstanding results while accommodating her lifestyle.
